The relationship should be linear. You could plot it out using sea level and 212, then 183 at 16000 feet. Convert altitudes to bars/atms/inches or whatever.
one caveat.. 12 psi over ambient at sea level is not the same as 12 psi over ambient at altitude. Keep that in mind when plotting.
