There is absolutely NO doubt that he knows the difference between fuses = and breakers and WHY either one would be used. It seems in the specific helo there are only about 5 breakers and some = 40 or so fuses. Fuses seem to be on non-essential circuits - so I certainly believe the = "cheaper" reason...
