Thanks for the inputs, guys!

To help clear up some of the questions...

I have a Performance Prop installed.  76X88  Same prop that Ed first tried on his plane before he cut it down to 74X88.  It causes the canopy to come crashing down on my head!!  :>)
My intake manifold was made by cutting the stock Renesis manifold off at the level of the secondary injectors and fabricating a transition on top of it that has a 75MM throttle body controlling the air.  The throttle body  shuts ALL the air off when it is closed.  I am thinking that is not a good thing.  I plan to set the idle setting when I get it to run smoothly.  However, when that 3" (76MM is 3 inches) throttle body is cracked a little, the engine wants to be let out!!!  :>)
My exhaust is 3" in diameter!  A little over 4 feet long.  I am using the stock Renesis manifold which I cut off just forward of the #2 rotor outlet.  I welded a 3" SS 180 degree bend on it and installed a flexible bellows then it goes out through the back of the cowl and empties just about under the rudder pedals under the plane.  That is where the flames were observed.
I will try some more tuning tomorrow.
