You don't want to fumble with fuses when it gets quiet up there. Looks like you have an air leak somewhere, or your throttle body does not close enough. The engine will not run fast without sufficient air. The flame you see indicates that the mixture is maybe too rich. Been there. It will take time to sort all the things. It took me monts. Good luck.
