Gee, it seems I may be one of the few that got my mount and got it in a reasonable time. That being said, I got mine 3 to 4 years ago. Fred always seemed friendly and helpful, but since the "medical issues" that others have reported, I have heard y'all's type of story somewhat routinely. Too bad. I have sympathy, however, this seems quite unacceptable. Good luck
All the best,
Chris

Joe,
Unfortunately, I paid by check. Reporting him to the FBI does sound interesting. How did you do this? I am glad you got your money back.

If your paid via PayPal you may have recourse through PayPal. PayPal's contract with merchants stipulates that goods sold through PayPal must be shipped by the vendor within 21 days of the transaction. This may have changed, but that was PayPal's policy 1.5 years ago when I was able to get my money back. My experience while similar to your description did go as long as yours. I was successful in getting my money returned after threatening a PayPal claim and reporting this company to the FBI Internet Fraud Division. Good luck.
