Beats me, Tony, but the good news is with the coil wires spaced apart, I was able to get a better timing reading. I had it a little fast-retarded it to 35 degrees BTDC and it purrs like a kitten now. With no prop, it will idle as low as 800 RPM, and smoooothe. Whew!

Bob Darrah Bob That is great. I just got my iron housings back from racing Beat had them lapped and the rotor assembly was shipped today from Mazdatrix. I had them balance the whole thing. Is your motor P-port or N/A or Turbo?
Are you going to use an automatic trans bell housing to mount your redrive?
