This one came from Pegasus Auto Racing (www.pegasusautoracing.com). In case this one doesn't exactly meet your needs, they have a pretty good assortment to choose from. Note that I had to make a triangular shaped adapter plate that picks up on the two lower holes and attaches to a boss on the side housing about 6" below the top hole.
