Cross City and perhaps Perry-Foley are the obvious candidates for linking up. Both are right on the 4-lane and about as close as one can get to Shady Bend. I can get there almost any time and will be delighted to coordinate with anyone who can give me a ride the rest of the way. Thanks ... Jim S. Guys,
I would LOVE to make the fly-in, but I can't operate a Velocity at Shady Bend.
I can, however, land at the nearest suitable (4000' hard surface) and hitch hike
the rest of the way.  Is anyone driving there (preferably Friday noonish) that
could pick me up at some airport he passes near on his way there, and drop me
back off Sunday on his way back?  Or someone overflying some nearby airport who
has an empty seat?
Hoping I can catch a ride that last 30-40 mi .... Jim S.
