Here are a few pics of my test stand and fwf mockup. I am considering two
radiators by the firewall with NACA's feeding them from the side. This would
eliminate the scoop under the nose. I believe one of the ducts could be angled
for climb attitude. Visualize the rotary cowl without the scoop using NACA's on
the side for cooling. I have enough room for up to 900 ci of radiator
in parallel one on both sides by the firewall. One of the pics also shows a
potential mounting location under the oil pan if I use a scoop.
