The airplane gained weight due to several later additions like electric = flaps, paint, better plenums, leather seat cushions. =20 Then it lost some weight due to removal of extra battery (15 lb), = lighter engine mount (6 lbs), oil filter plumbing (3.5 lb) Renesis = engine (13 lbs), lighter intake manifold (6 lbs), redrive mods (3 lbs), = removal of oil/coolant heat exchanger in oil pan (2.2 lb) and several = other minor things that I have lost track of. What the empty weight is now is not known but I can tell the CG is = further aft. I used to carry up to 240 lbs in back seat with neutral = stability. Now it happens at 220 lbs so that is my new upper limit for = pax weight.
