The 13.5" includes the end tanks........Were for last of the big Cad.
(1977) Eldorado's and perhaps other big G.M. cars of that era.........
Do you have a picture, Kelly? A quick Google search turn up several sources that have them for around $190, but offer not pictures. I can't tell what I'd have to do to mount one of them.
