Rusty, I think
the prop adjustment is the culprit.. (in addition to the piggy
factor) Try moving the pitch to about 20 degrees measured at 75% of
radius. Compare the results to the more fine setting and you may discover
you are generating a lot of power but not enough thrust with the current setting
of 12-14 degrees.

don't know how Warp recommends to set it up.
The only other variable is the prop. I'm using a 3 blade Warp
Drive prop, and I'm starting to question how well it may be working.

My
guess would be the prop first, then the BUC.
The
prop is the easiest to change. Can you borrow one from someone for a week or
so? That way you'd have known performance to compare with.
