But no one has mentioned one of the big
pluses of the turbo… bragging rights J What would 36 in. MAP at 21K get us
in terms of TAS? Of course – 30 min of endurance is not that great but you
only need to gather the numbers once to enjoy bragging rights for a lifetime

Even without an IFR panel,
you can go 12 nm off-shore and fly as high as you want. As you say, I
would only have to do it once, but the trick around here might be getting home
alive. We're more protected than most areas with Eglin AFB next door
:-)
