Rusty,  I have no idea how you mounted your oil cooler in a day.  I spent nearly a month to mount mine, and the guy I hired to do the radiator mount took nearly a year….  And you thought Todd works fast?

Actually, it only took about 5 hours, and was done with only one good arm :-)

You have to realize than my cooler mounting was painfully simple compared to most.  All I did was make 4 small angle brackets to bolt to the mounting rails of the radiator.  I was even able to re-use the hoses from before.

The oil cooler doesn't show up well in the picture, but you can see the simple brackets that hold it in place.  Note the full length mounting flanges that are on the top and bottom of the radiator.  When I was having the radiator made, I didn't know how I would mount it, or seal the cowl to it, so I tried to think of the most universal flange to put on the radiator.  The full length 1" wide flanges could possibly be the best idea I ever had.  I'll definitely have them put on the next (smaller) radiator as well.

Cheers,

Rusty (now I just hope it cools)
