Does anyone know if a 13b-REW (1995) Rotor housing will work on a S5 turbo

Yep, no
problem. I believe rotor housings from 86 to 95+ can be swapped
with near reckless abandon.
Is this
question with regard to your freezing incident? Sure hope you're
not having to repair a broken engine. BTW, is this message
