No question about it, Joe. It is one of those things you don't even think to mention, when/if you know; but, possibly deadly if you don't. Like smoking and working around freon; after all, phosgene gas just hasn't been in much use since wwI. It is for a mold only, if/when nothing else is available, use. And, it needs to be thought of/about and used carefully there. I think I bought the stuff from Breeding insulation. Wonder what people now use for insulation foam base in "sto" type construction? You might be able to find something similar, quicker, easier, cheaper, safer, whatever at one of those places.

Oh, glad you brought that up, Jessie.  Just in case -  DON’T BURN URETHANE in any way shape or form - Or try to cut it with a hot wire.  When burned it produces a poisonous gas. If your project was a foam/composite airplane you’d know that – but if you’ve been working on an RV this may not have come up in your “education section”.
