The snippet below seems to indicate "at crank (excentric shaft) speed". I also don't know how to set the timing if not set to the e-shaft. You certainly can't drive a mag off a 2.85:1 anything as the mag would need an exact 1:1 or possibly 3:1 gearing/timing to the excentric shaft.

So 8000 crank RPM / 2.85 = 2807 Prop RPM, which should be within the capabilities of even an aircraft mag. ???
