Normally called Ringfetter "elements" if you use the non self contained version. BOC also sells a version of a taper lock system. A very secure system when used as designed.

The taper rings name is "RING FEDER", which is in English " RING SPRING".
Motion Industries is the supplier. You get the catalog and data sheets from them.
