You can download the software from the Microtech
website. I did.
The cable is just a 9-pin serial cable. THe software
works fine. My son just bought a 10th aniversary RX-7
that is controlled by a Microtech unit. I have a lot
of tuning to do, it's running pretty rich and I don't
understand the timing curves they used. Does anyone
have an idea what spark timing is for the 13B? I just
bought a UEGO controller kit
(http://wbo2.com/2e0/default.htm) to help out with the
fuel issues. The Bosch sensor I got from a VW parts
supplier for $38.

LTS-4 is the controller used to program the ECU's.
http://www.microtech-efi.com/product/4.html You can
also use a PC if
you have the software and cable. Ah yes, sorry, I've got the LTS-4 "handset" (that's
all I've ever
heard it called). I wish I had the software and
cable for the PC - it
would make monitoring and updating MAP's so much
easier. It also has
data logging which would be extremely helpful.
