As I recall, the rotor o-rings were a snug fit, but I don’t recall any special difficulty with installing any of the TES seals. But then it gets pretty hot in Texas in the summertime, so maybe that helped the assembly process. I recall that PL had to do some “stretching” to one or more of his seals to get them to fit. I don’t think it would do any harm to warm them hot water to soften them up a bit, if you feel the need. Also, I used assembly lube on everything.
