Hi Ben,

The asiest thing is to shrink the files.  Pick up IrfanView from Irfanview.com (it's freeware), open the photos you want to send with it, shrink them to 640x480 pixels and save them as JPG files with high to medium compression (ie, as lower quality photos).  That will reduce their file sizes down to 50-60k each, more than acceptable for posting to The List.
