Try = McMaster Carr- http://www.mcmaster.com/  = ; Enter=20 3254 in the search box, and it will take you to that page, which has = brake and=20 clutch lining material.   They say they can be riveted or = "bonded",=20 but I'm not sure what you would use to bond them.  =
