I heard them fly-by at Oshkosh, and
they were quieter than many of the Lycomings. They had added a diffuser on the
end of the exhaust pipe, which may have been added after the test flying at
Van's. They claimed it made a substantial difference.
Thanks for
the pics Bill. This might make a nice addition to a turbo exhaust as
well. Also looks like some significant welding practice
