Ever since i have been discussing with other fliers the possibilities of a fire suppression system in the engine room. I was contemplating a 4-5 lb fire extinguisher activatad by the pilot and leading to 2-3 spray heads around the engine. In case of fire you can shut the fuel pumps off, fuel valve off and master off.
