BTW,  can't remember if you have ever updated your software but since you are a pioneer user of the 20B version, you can have a freebie update to the latest version any time you want.  There have been a ton of improvements to it.

I appreciate that; Tracy.  Mine was updated 11/04 according to the date on the cover.  Should it be updated again?  What’s involved – installing a new chip?  Does it mean setting the mixture correction table again?

BTW; is the “auto tune” available for the 20B?  Does auto-tune use output from the O2 sensor?

I'm still trying to come up with a good answer for the lack of a good manifold pressure tap on intake systems with no plenum like yours.  Manifold pressure at high throttle will always be sensed as lower than actual due to the high velocity in the runner  (Bernoulli stuff is really true

I’m not sure I understand that it is a problem.  As long as the mixture is set right for a given sensed MAP, what’s the difference?  I haven’t noted that it is an issue; or is that because I have only run on the ground.

It may not be a problem Al.  I'll be curious how yours works in actual operation.  Possible problem is that there is limited ability to correct mixture at the high end of power settings. If the mixture does not go lean at WOT it isn't a problem.
