Thanks, Ed K
Bob White is the fellow who might get interested - if
his current oilcooler calls for a lot of cowl work {:>)

coolers
Dear Ed A
I can make up new
mazda type high pressure oil coolers. I have the core in the shop and it can
be cut to any width that is wanted. New fittings can be welded on any
side of the tank to make hook ups easer. If interested e mail me and I
can tell you more.

Connections
Bob,
Mazdatrix catalog shows An/Metric adapters for the oil
cooler and states that the fitting for the Rear Housing of
Engine
(also fits 86-92 Coolers - but only needed if you are
making your own lines) The adapter size given by Mazda for those years
oil coolers is
ADAPTER -10 18MM THD
So it appears that both holes in the oil cooler is
18mm.
