Normally, 40x40. Taxes, electricity and everything else amount to about $300 a year. I can sell the hangar, and the new guy would get a new 30 year lease. Two grass strips, one with lights, one used for skis only in winter. It has occasional balloon launches and some ultralites, but easy to live with. Mostly great people at the airport. My hangar door was trashed by a windstorm while out of town. It was temporarily fixed by the locals there.
