The 12A doesn't have this function, so I'm debating on whether = to include it or not (in the single rotor) OR just seal the end of the oil passage as in the 12A. George,=20 I have built many racing engines with at most a blow off valve for = high pressure. You must be carefull not to race the engine when cold or = you can damage something. I have exploded several oil filter canisters. = Some type of bypass prevents operator error. If anybody but you will = ever run the engine building somekind of idiot proofing is a good idea.
