Does this balancer of yours balance the prop on or off the plane?

He tried. The fellow had borrowed a balancer and was not very good with it yet. It seems a bit better, but still not as
good as my other one. IIRC, I think it is at .23 ips at
cruise 5200 rpm. He flys a Lycoming, so he thought it perfectly
smooth.
Set a course for 2R4 one weekend and we can improve that quite a bit :-)
