Muffler
Bulent,
I was just thinking the same thing. Some one
suggested that the Jabiru muffler had a flat plate angled opposite the inlet and
it worked very well. I now wondering what would happen with all square
tube.
Something to think about that's for
sure!

I believe if
the whole thing was made by using square, or out of round pipes and shapes it
will reduce the noise better.
Maybe that’s why there is no square brass
musing instruments? Their horns are all round to amplify the
sound.
