Bill, do you think the misunderstanding of the design was more widespread. I think PL did not grasp it either. My recollection back then did not include the center pipe but I could easily be wrong. I wrote Ed for clarification. More importantly, I like the design and if my system proves inadequate, I will build a version of yours. Seems like the outlet opening around the tube where it enters the tailpipe might be restrictive. Jerry 

 

Jerry, The size of the annullus is deceptive, you can size it to be very low restriction. I finished the layout of the backward or inside out version. Check out the jpeg.
