The boring tool, by itself will not yield a surface appropriate for seating the injector o-ring (and easy removal for service). It will have to be followed by honing or reaming. And most (inexpensive) boring tools are difficult to adjust to +/- 0.001. Jerry's best (& least expensive) bet is to have a standard size reamer ground down to his target size.
