  Look for a tool and die shop near you.  Someone can "sharpen" your reamer to exactly the size you want.

Mike,  the closest reamer I have located is a .5469 which is only slightly too big.  It probably would work but if I could stay within tolerances that would be better.  The bore  is sized to create the right crush on the o-ring.  Pressurized fuel,  leaking is not  an option.    Jerry
