Jerry, my DSL uses a website to program the modem.  I just went in and set it up to let anyone have access on the ethernet and wifi.  My macs just hook up just fine.  In other words, you shouldn't need any drivers.  Usually the package they install in Windows is a setup wizard, not drivers.

Thanks Hans and Ernest all others.  I am DSLing right now.  .  Turned out I was making it more complicated then it was.   Jerry
