180 - 200hp @ 6500,  and 200 - 250hp @ 7700.  I'd like to keep longevity and
reliability,

I think a mild/street port will easily get you into those ranges.  The only way to make it into the upper part of your power range for 7700 rpm, will be with a more radical port, such as a bridge port, or Peripheral port.  Both of those options will likely cost you some power in the mid to lower rpms, and probably (just my guess) some fuel economy in cruise. 
 
A turbo would easily give you what you want too, but that's a whole new can of worms, and almost wastes the capability of that nice MT prop.
