That estimate was based on the combinatio= n of parts (89-91 turbo housings, 9.7 rotors, street port) compared to what= he s dynoed in the past. FWIW, when Bruce re-worked my engin= e originally, he "estimated" 200 HP at 6200 rpm, and 230 HP at 7500. = ;  That estimate was based on the combination of parts (89-91 turbo = housings, 9.7 rotors, street port) compared to what he's dynoed in the pa= st.  I'd be willing to bet that's a little optimistic, but until&nbs= p;I get a fuel flow reading that's less than a factor of 10 off, I w= on't know.
