I just can't see how you get 10 lb 9 oz rotor
weight comparing these weights, even though the RX7 rotors are a tad
heavier!

It was just
an estimate of weight, and not meant for anything critical. I got that
number by weighing a rotor I had in the garage, along with a baggie of
seals. It was an older 10 lb rotor, complete with preserving oil, and
plastic wrap. Seals were dirty as well.
