In the archives Bernie Kerr outlined the bicycle inter tube process. He put
the inter tube inside a piece of plastic pipe that was the desired diameter
then filled the tube with sand and added a shot of air to get the tube to
expand to the size of the pipe, shaking the sand down as he went. Using
perlite would be just as good, and a whole lot lighter and probably easier
to bend to shape.

A couple more pictures showing the clearance under the cowl (tape measure,)
and the model manifold all by itself.
After I get the CAD model. I'll CNC some sort of prototype. If the
prototype fits OK, then I will CNC molds.
