I have not seen an automotive brake master cylinder or ABS unit or wheel cylinder or ( place your favorite brake component here ) that was NOT made out of aluminum in at least 15 years. I also have a Mighty Vac hand pump that I also used to bleed brakes. Both of them corroded to the point that I had to throw them away. Lesson learned......don't let aluminum get in contact with standard automotive brake fluid.
