EAA keeps stuff around FOREVER. I've heard (key word) that places like CA and NY and places that can't make EPA numbers (and have those awkward vapor return fittings on gas pump nozzles?) are legislating vapor pressures within a couple of points of Avgas (6?) instead of the 16 - 20 common in the 90s.
