Joe, if you bore a length of aluminum 1.375 (turn the o.d. as well) and then anneal it, the bell shape can be pressed in. Ed Klepeis can do it for you. Here is a pic of mine. Ed would probably like to specify the aluminum grade. Jerry

I am interested in what other people are doing on a Renesis intake, if you would care to share. Check out TWM induction. They are a little pricey, but the spinnings are very nice. They have them in many different sizes, and as spinnings, or they will make them to fit various carbs an throttle bodies. Most of us would likely use just a spinning. That is what I have.
