The only reason I mentioned the D10A is because I "flew" one around the hanger and ramp yesterday. A friend had one he was installing in his RV-8, and it had the internal battery backup option, so I took it for a spin. Very neat! I can also see that the BM (unfortunate abbreviation ) lite is similarly priced, with more stuff as you mentioned.
