Michael,
They are somewhat adjustable. Don't know the max of each one. There are many designs. A screw in the top is all it takes to adjust the aircraft type.
It is there to protect the engine and turbo from overboost from when the throttle gets slamed shut or some other non-typical but occasional emergency' event.

Yeah, that's what I want. I know they are out there.
There are alot of normalized aircraft out there. That
may work out fine. 35 inHg is about 2-1/2 psi boost.

What would a Renesis do under 2-1/2 psi boost? Maybe
the PRV can be found that is a couple of inches less.
