Yes, but, due to a lot of folks in aviation and a lot of other various and sundry industries having spent the last 30 years or so telling everyone, at the insurance industry's bidding, grant you, how products cases were destroying America's competitveness, juries of today are probably not going to be willing to pay that estate very much.
