Let's use common sense.
What I've learned, and this is common sense, is that
if anything fails, it's not good enough just to fix
it.
Consider:
Why did it fail?
How do we fix it for now?
What was the real root cause?
How can we prevent it from occuring in the future?
Was there an indication that it was going to fail?
Does this apply to anything else?
Maybe the failure is of no real risk or concern. The
clip on my cup holder broke, or something like that.
I'm not saying you have to apply there. THe time and
effort may not be worth it and your time is better
spent on something else.
Now let's get back to building (or flying)!
