Hi All,

   Here's a little additional perspective.  Even with the 
exhorbitant shipping, the GMPartsDirect price is rather 
friendly.  Compare with RockAuto, who wants $42.79 per coil
before they even talk about shipping; even if the shipping 
was "free" - i.e. included in the price - the GMPartsDirect 
total price is better.  

   So, yeah, it is irksome to have some one "low bid" me, 
and then make it up in shipping.  Nevertheless, if the 
total cost to my door is better, I'll take it.

   What concerns me more is what happens if I get defective 
merchandise.  Or damaged merchandise, where the packaging 
doesn't reflect similar damage.  SERVICE is worth something.
Anyone ever had a "quality issue" with GMPartsDirect?
