Are these sensors fuel compatible?

It looks like they are probably compatible to me:

The "typical applications" lists petrochemicals, and the sensor is either nylon, or polysulfone.  Perhaps we should consult the chemist  :-)

BTW, we ain't gonna get a buy it now option, so it is what it is.
