Given that the Cessna was lower, it had the right of way....
This is keeping in mind that cemetaries are filled with people who had right of way.

Let that be a lesson to you: Don't fly 3 degree glideslopes in a Cessna (or anything else except maybe some canards) in VFR conditions.
