Looking at the fuel system diagram, I see no return line. I see no return line on the engine. The manual says that the pressure regulator is built into the fuel pump. In the diagram, the pump is in the tank. By the way. I bought both the paper engine overhaul manual and the CD ROM general service manual on Ebay.
