Just so happens that I got one Friday.  I was about to tear it apart 
just to see how it worked, but I'll restrain my curiosity and look at a 
diagram or something. 

I have no idea how good it is.  Just noticed that it pull your tongue so 
hard it hurts when you spin the pulley.
